    In the central part, two falcons are depicted on a perch. The falcon on the left is shown facing forward, the one on the right is shown from behind. Both birds are hooded. Along the edge of the coin are inscriptions in English: at the top the name of the British Crown Dependency 'ISLE OF MAN', at the bottom 'TWO NEW PENCE'. Dots separate the inscriptions.
  • Obverse
    In the center is the right-facing profile of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain wearing a crown. Below the portrait truncation are the Latin letters 'PM'. Along the rim, the English text 'Elizabeth the Second' is split into two parts: on the left 'ELIZABETH II', on the right 'THE SECOND'. At the bottom is the year of minting '1975', flanked on both sides by a dot.
