  • Reverse
The center of the reverse is occupied by the coat of arms of the Russian Empire—a double-headed eagle with raised, spread wings. The eagle's heads bear crowns, and a third, larger crown is above and between them. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. In its beaks, the eagle holds ribbons with the coats of arms of the cities of Riga and Reval (Tallinn). Below the eagle, the denomination "24" (kopecks) is indicated. Six-petaled rosettes are placed to the left and right of the denomination. Around the circumference near the rim is the text: MONETA • LIVOESTHONICA • 1757. The rim is denticulated.
  • Obverse
The center of the obverse is occupied by the right-facing profile of Empress Elizabeth I (Petrovna). Around the portrait is the text: ELISABETHA•I•D•G•IMP TOT ROSS•. The rim is denticulated.
