    In the central part, the numeral 5, surrounded by: a caduceus entwined with a double cornucopia above, the mint year '1920' below, and the inscription 'Para' in two languages on either side: Serbian 'ПАРА' on the left and Slovenian 'PARA' on the right. A decorative border of raised dots follows the edge of the coin.

    In the center, the State Coat of Arms of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats, and Slovenes. It consists of: a heraldic shield on a spread mantle, featuring a crowned double-headed eagle, on whose chest is a quarterly shield; the mantle is topped with a crown. The coin's edge is decorated with a border of dots.
