    In the central part of the reverse is a relief map – the outlines of the three Baltic states, intersected by a stylized image of a tree branch. The branch bears three leaves, colored in the national flag colors of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. The designer's initials are on the right. On the left, along the edge of the reverse, the inscription 'BALTIJOS KELIAS 25' ('Baltic Way 25') is engraved in a semicircle.
