Along the lower edge arc, crossed branches: a laurel branch on the left, a palm branch on the right. The edge of the coin features decorative raised denticles.

    In the central part, a double-headed eagle with outstretched wings is depicted; the eagle's heads are in a halo, above them a crown; in its right talon, a sword and scepter; in its left, an orb; on its breast, a crowned heraldic shield with the coats of arms of Austria and Lorraine, framed by a chain. Along the rim, inscriptions in German: to the right, bottom, and left 'FRANZ∙II∙RÖM∙KAI∙KÖN∙ZU∙HU∙U∙BÖ∙ERZH∙ZU∙OEST∙' (Francis II Roman Emperor, King of Hungary and Bohemia, Archduke of Austria). The edge of the coin features decorative raised denticles.
