    In the central part is a lion with a sword in its paw against a sun - the coat of arms of Iran. At the top - a crown. Along the left edge of the coin is an olive branch, on the right - an oak branch, which intersect at the bottom and are tied with a bow. Decorative raised denticles are placed along the edges of the rim.

    In the central part, an inscription in Persian: "هوالناصر یبادکار قرن جُلوُس همایوُن که قرین سال صدم سلطنت قاجار است در ضرّا بخانه دولتی ضرب شد" - "FATH-ALI-KHAN QAJAR WAS ELECTED IN THE CITY OF ZAHAR ONE HUNDRED YEARS AGO". Along the entire rim - an olive branch. At the bottom - the year of minting: "۱۲۹۳" - 1293 AH (Islamic calendar) or 1876 AD (Gregorian). Decorative raised denticles are placed along the edges of the rim.
