Offset to the upper-left, the central element of the coin's reverse: the denomination 10 RUBLES is struck against a background of vertical lines. Inside the digit '0' are horizontal lines; when viewed from different angles, the number 10 and the inscription 'rub' become visible. In the left and lower-right parts of the coin are intertwined scrolls of a flowering plant. - Obverse
In the central part of the coin is the State Emblem of the Russian Federation. Above it, following the edge in an arc, is the inscription: ♦♦ RUSSIAN FEDERATION ♦♦. Next to the eagle's left claw is the mint mark of the Moscow Mint (MMD). Below the emblem are two lines of text – the issuer: BANK OF RUSSIA and the year of issue:
