In the central part, on the left against a field of vertical lines, the denomination numeral "10" (inside the digit "0" there are "latent" images, visible alternately when changing the viewing angle: the number "10" and the inscription "rub"), below the number the word "RUBLEI" (RUBLES); to the left, below, and to the right, a plant ornament in the form of a branch with intertwining stems.

In the central part of the coin is the State Emblem of the Russian Federation. Above, along the edge in an arc, is the inscription: ♦♦ ROSSIYSKAYA FEDERATSIYA ♦♦ (RUSSIAN FEDERATION).
