Reverse
In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of the Pskov Kremlin on the riverbank, above it is the coat of arms of the city of Pskov, around the circumference is the text: at the top - 'ANCIENT CITIES OF RUSSIA', at the bottom - 'PSKOV'.
Obverse
At the top along the rim are the words BANK OF RUSSIA, at the bottom the year of issue '2003', on the left side is an olive branch, and on the right an oak branch. Both branches slightly overlap the central insert. In the central part, the denomination is indicated - the number '10', and below it the currency unit - 'RUBLES'. Inside the digit '0', depending on the viewing angle, you can see the inscriptions '10' and also 'RUB'. Above the year of issue is the mint mark 'SPMD' (Saint Petersburg Mint).
