(1950 Zechau-Leesen-2021 Berlin) Untitled Expressive Work by Libudas, oscillating between figuration and abstraction. Libuda studied at the Academy of Graphic Arts and Book Art in Leipzig since 1973, and in 1978/79 as a master student under Bernhard Heisig. Until 1985, he worked as an assistant at the Academy in Leipzig. In 1999, he received the Fred Thiele Prize for Painting from the Berlin Gallery, and in 2000 he was awarded the Gerhard-Altenbourg Prize from the Lindenau Museum Altenburg. Mixed media and collage on paper. Signed and dated (19)95. 30.5 cm x 84 cm. Framed.
