The organizers ofArt BaselMiami Beach have revealed the 285 exhibitors set to participate in the fair’s 2025 iteration, which will hold preview days on December 3 and 4 at the Miami Beach Convention Center before opening to the general public December 5–7. The event will welcome participants representing forty-four countries and territories, with forty-one galleries debuting. The show promises an array of galleries based in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as a strong presence from West Coast galleries and from up-and-comers representing New York’s burgeoning downtown scene. Galleries based in South Florida are having a moment as well, with arecord numberset to participate. European countries sending the most galleries to the event include the UK, France, Germany, Italy, and Spain, while Asia will be most prominently represented by South Korea, Hong Kong, mainland China, and Japan.
The fair will be broken out into four sections: Galleries, the main section; Nova, which features young galleries showing work created in the past three years by up to three artists; Positions, devoted to solo showcases by young galleries of emerging artists; and Survey, which focuses on galleries highlighting historically relevant artistic practices. Participants range from such established international blue-chip operations as Gagosian, Hauser & Wirth, and David Zwirner to Lagos’s kó, the Seoul- and Busan-based Johyun Gallery, and Dubai’s Carbon 12, all of which are appearing for the first time here.

It is bold, rigorous, and attuned to the moment.”
The fair will additionally host a week of public programming taking place in various South Florida venues, and will name the inaugural cohort of Gold Medal winners from among the thirty-six winners of its first Art Basel Awards, which it is presenting in partnership with BOSS.
