Vladimir Bagart
The artist is an amateur, poet, composer, designer. He was born in the village of Elan in the Volgograd region. He studied at the Saratov Polytechnic Institute and Nikolaev Pedagogical Institute. He writes in the styles of romanticism, marine art, and surrealism. He underwent two trepanations.
