This is an early, bright, colorful, expressionist work by Lehmann, who studied in Venice and Munich. From 1912 to 1922, Lehmann lived in St. Moritz, where he especially often painted landscapes in the Engadine region. On the reverse side, there is a landscape study with trees. Oil on canvas; signed and monogrammed, dated 1920. Title and artist's signature on the reverse: "Jean Lehmann Lucerne (/) Artist (/) St. Moritz". 65 cm x 80 cm. Framed.
