

(1951 Gdańsk – 2011 Düsseldorf) Composition from the cycle "Infinity." An abstract, flat composition in bright pink, violet, green, and blue tones. The Polish artist studied painting in Gdańsk from 1970 to 1976 and at the Academy in Kraków. From 1976 to 1982, he undertook internships in Belgium, the Netherlands, Morocco, Germany, and Italy. In 1983/84, he continued his studies in Cologne and Bonn. Wojtas remained on the Rhine, opening studios in Cologne and Düsseldorf. Since 1988, he has exhibited widely in Germany, as well as in Taipei, Valencia, Madrid, and Switzerland. Mixed media on canvas; signed and titled on the reverse; on the back there is a studio label with the artist’s address in Düsseldorf. 150 cm x 200 cm. Framed. Mixed media on canvas. Signed.
