(1911 Virnheim - 1990 Karlsruhe - Grötzingen) "Composition in Red," a composition by Dewaal, characterized by reduced color brightness and ornamental-geometric abstraction reminiscent of the works of Paul Klee, under whose influence Dewaal had been since the 1960s. Oil on canvas; framed. Dimensions of the artwork: 73 cm x 87 cm, signed and dated 1977. On the reverse is an exhibition label providing additional information.
