"Winter Day"
Of course, I love the weather in summer more than winter with its cold.
But the landscapes that this time of year offers to our eyes are simply mesmerizing at times!
Like this one, for example :)
Before I became interested in painting, from April to September everything seemed green to me, and from September to April—gray. Autumn and spring seemed gloomy and slushy, and winter—pale and monotonous :( I didn’t really pay attention to colors, shades, or nuances. That’s how I lived...
Painting, as if, gave me new vision, a new way of seeing. In the attempt to convey the state and mood of nature, you become more attentive, somehow...
This painting is an example of that. Before, I would never have thought, or even imagined, that winter could hide shades of turquoise right next to yellow-red overflows :) And then there’s the sparkling snow, which, it turns out, isn’t white at all))) So many wonderful discoveries await us)
Who knows what you will discover when you admire this landscape on your wall...?!?!
The painting is done in oil on high-quality gallery-wrapped canvas and requires framing.
