Porcelain dessert plates with the coat of arms of the Dukes

A set of twelve porcelain dessert plates from the late 19th to early 20th century, likely from the Kuznetsov factory, Moscow. Each plate bears red applied marks of the retailer Escalier de Cristal de Paris. In the center of each plate is a patterned gilt emblem of Grand Duke Sergei Alexandrovich and Grand Duchess Elizabeth under the Imperial crown, while the rim of the plates features a border of trailing vine. The width of each plate is 8½ inches (21.6 cm) (12 pieces).
