

THE COLLECTION OF RUSSIAN TABLEWARE, LATE 19TH CENTURY includes a tripartite serving plate by Kuznetsov, with the factory’s blue printed mark on the underside, made in the form of a wavy dish evenly divided into three sections, each decorated with different floral sprigs, with a central gilded ribbon-shaped handle, diameter: 9 inches; a porcelain cream jug and a small white vase by Kuznetsov, the jug with black tassels and wreaths, height: 4 inches; the small white glazed vase with high shoulders, height: 3 inches; a pink porcelain milk jug by Popov, underglaze blue Cyrillic mark on the underside, with a band of black leaves and berries cut out on a pink background, gilt edging, height: 5.25 inches; a pair of porcelain dinner plates by Popov, blue Cyrillic marks on the underside, decorated with a central bouquet of flowers and gold leaves on the edges, diameter: 8.75 inches; and a reproduction of a “Kremlin Service” dinner plate commissioned by Nicholas I in 1837, with a central double-headed Russian eagle, Cyrillic inscriptions, and gold detailing, diameter: 8.75 inches.
