For over a century and a half, coffee sets, plates, cups, dishes, vases, and figurines have been produced under the famous brand
Since 1900, the factory has experienced a period of flourishing
The main credit goes to modeler and artist Alois Hampel, who set the tone for 55 years
During his leadership, the factory reached a new milestone, beginning to produce top-class porcelain items with very rich decor, intricate ornamentation, and stylized elements
The products were exported to many countries, with representative offices and sample warehouses in Berlin, Amsterdam (and beyond)
Five hundred people worked at the factories, which was considered an incredibly large enterprise for the beginning of the century. The results were duly appreciated:
1904 – received the Grand Prix prize at the World's Fair in St. Louis;
1906 – silver medal at the exhibition in Milan, gold in Liberec
Figural porcelain is hand-painted with special paints
After firing, the color becomes vibrant, and the surface shiny and smooth
Thanks to high temperatures, the figurines are not subject to external environmental influences and remain picturesque for a long time
Porcelain products are valued for their beauty, original shape, fine painting, and quality finishing
Porcelain products bear private marks
Each manufacturer placed a distinctive mark confirming the authenticity of the product
On porcelain, the mark is placed on the bottom of the figurine with a special indelible paint
