Gzhel is one of the traditional Russian centers of ceramic production and a well-known national handicraft of Russia. Products are made in the Moscow region, in a vast area of 27 villages known as "The Gzhel bush." Professional craftsmen preserve the traditions of painting and create true masterpieces. The style is characterized by graceful painting in blue tones on a white background. Images of birds, flowers, and patterns are considered traditional.
The figurine is made of high-quality porcelain. The product is decorated with a delicate painting that combines simple lines and ornaments with beautiful floral patterns. The painted item is dipped in white glaze and fired in a kiln at a temperature of about 1400°C. After firing, the glaze becomes transparent, the product acquires a glossy shine and hardness, and the design is revealed in all its beauty, displaying shades of color from light blue to deep blue.
