By maker: Medals

The maker struck a mark or its full name on the reverse — this dates a badge and separates an original from a later restrike. The Leningrad, Moscow and Petrograd Mints worked in different years, so the name of the mint alone narrows the dating. 2 collections, 40 records in total. The largest: Moscow Mint — 28, Leningrad Mint — 12. Every entry carries photographs, metal, finish, fastening, dimensions and prices for each grade of preservation. Groups with fewer than five records are not listed separately.
