Master's mark of Zhilin Ivan Petrov, born 1750 - died 1812. The mark depicts the master's initials "IZh", with the letter Zh written in Old Slavonic script. Master of silver and niello work, 1770-1812; first elected head (remeslenny golova) of the reorganized silver guild in 1790; re-elected as guild head in 1805; had 2 workers; one of the most prominent masters of his time.
