Description: Mark of the silver, embossing, and niello work master Rattkov Grigory Stepanov. The master was a serf of the estate of Count V. G. Orlov, village of Sidorovskoye, 1783-1788. Until 1788, he worked without being registered in a guild and owned his own house in Kostroma. The mark is shaped like an inverted heart, depicting the letters "G" and "R".
