The core features a relief image of the coat of arms of Amur Oblast. On the ring, along the circumference, there are inscriptions: at the top – 'RUSSIAN FEDERATION', at the bottom – 'AMUR OBLAST'.
Obverse
On the ring, along the circumference, there are inscriptions: at the top – 'BANK OF RUSSIA', at the bottom – '2016'. On the left and right sides of the outer ring are images of a laurel branch and an oak branch, respectively, elements of which extend onto the core. In the central part of the core are the number '10' and the inscription 'RUBLES' below it, denoting the coin's denomination. Inside the digit '0' there is a security feature in the form of the number '10' and the inscription 'RUB', visible from different viewing angles relative to the plane of the coin. At the bottom of the core is the mint mark.
