On the eagle's breast is the coat of arms of Moscow - a shield depicting Saint George the Victorious on horseback, slaying a serpent with a long spear (the serpent's head is to the right). Surrounding the shield is the chain of the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle the First-Called. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. Under the right talon is the letter "P", under the left is the letter "S". The initials of mintmaster Pavel Stupitsyn. Below is the year of minting "1811.". The rim is decorated with dots.
