    In the central part, the denomination is indicated in large letters as the word 'RUBLE.', below the word is a decorative line, and below it is the coin's year of minting: '1807.'. The central image is enclosed within a beaded circle. Outside the circle, along the rim, is a circular inscription: GOSUDARSTV. ROSSIYSKAYA MONETA• The rim is decorated with denticles.
  • Obverse
    In the central part is depicted the State Emblem of the Russian Empire – a double-headed eagle, the heads of which are crowned with two crowns, a third, larger crown above them. On the eagle's breast is the coat of arms of Moscow – a shield with St. George the Victorious on horseback, slaying a serpent with a long spear (the serpent's head is to the right). Around the shield is the chain of the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle the First-Called. In the eagle's right talon is a scepter, and in the left – an orb. The rim is decorated with inward-pointing denticles.
