Reverse The denomination is indicated on two lines (with asterisks on the left and right) and the monetary unit: ⋆ 1/4 ⋆ KOPEYKI Below, there is a decorative divider in the form of two curved lines with a small circle between them. Under the lines is the year of coinage '1867' and below it the mint mark 'S.P.B.'.
Obverse The upper part of the obverse features the imperial crown with flowing ribbon ends beneath it. The center of the obverse is occupied by the monogram of Alexander II. Below the monogram is a cross of laurel branches (running along the left edge) and oak branches (right edge).
