    In the central part, on a mirrored field, is a portrait of P.A. Stolypin in uniform against a background of peasant homesteads. To the right and left of the portrait, along the rim, are matte images of documents on stamped paper sheets; on them, at the bottom left, is a semi-circular inscription: "P.A. STOLYPIN", on the right are the dates: "1862-1911".
