Reverse
In the central part is a double-headed eagle with spread wings; the eagle's heads are in a halo, above them a crown; on its breast is the crowned coat of arms of Austria. Below the eagle's talons are Latin letters: left 'C∙', right 'A∙'. Along the edge of the coin are Latin inscriptions in an arc: right and left 'ARCHID∙AUST∙DUX BURG∙CO∙TYR∙1774∙' (Archduchess of Austria, Duchess of Burgundy, Countess of Tyrol 1774). The rim is decorated with decorative denticles.
Obverse
In the center is the right-facing profile of Archduchess of Austria Maria Theresa Walburga Amalia Christina. Along the rim, split into two parts, is the Latin inscription 'Maria Theresa by the Grace of God Roman Empress Queen of Hungary, Bohemia': left 'M∙THERES∙D∙G∙R∙', right 'IMP∙HU∙BO∙REG∙'. The rim features decorative raised denticles.
