Reverse Shifted left-upwards, the central element of the coin is the denomination: 1 RUBLE. In the left and lower-right parts of the coin are scrolls of a flowering plant.
Obverse At the top along the rim (edge) is the coin's denomination 'ONE RUBLE'. In the center of the coin is a double-headed eagle and below it, arranged in a semicircle, the words 'BANK OF RUSSIA'. Under the eagle's left foot is the manufacturer's (mint) mark 'MMD'. At the bottom near the coin's edge is the year of mintage '2007', above the year are two pointed, oppositely directed lines with a dot.
