In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of the Church of All Saints on Kulishki in Moscow, above it are flying birds. Around the circumference, the text: at the top - '1000th ANNIVERSARY OF RUSSIA · DMITRY DONSKOY', at the bottom - 'CHURCH OF ALL SAINTS ON KULISHKI', separated on the left by an image of a bird, on the right by a stylized ornament.
Obverse
In the upper part along the rim arc is the coin's denomination '100 RUBLES' and the year of minting '1996', below are the words 'BANK OF RUSSIA'. In the center, within a dotted circle, is a double-headed eagle; below it, on the inner side of the dotted circle, on the left is the chemical symbol Au and fineness 900, then to the right the manufacturer's (mint) mark 'MMD' and the chemically pure weight of the precious metal in grams '15.55'.
