    In the central part is a double-headed eagle with spread wings; the eagle's heads are in a halo, above them a crown, on its chest a crowned heraldic shield. The shield depicts: at the top the patriarchal cross of Hungary and the lion of Bohemia, at the bottom the coats of arms of Austria and Burgundy, in the center the crowned coat of arms of Tyrol. Along the arc of the left and right edge of the coin is a Latin inscription: 'ARCHID∙AUST∙DUX BU∙COM∙TYR∙1765' (Archduchess of Austria, Duchess of Burgundy, Countess of Tyrol 1765). The coin's edge has decorative raised denticles.

Along the arc of the coin's edge is a Latin text: left and right 'M∙THERES∙D:G∙R∙I∙GE∙HU∙BO∙REG∙' (Maria Theresa, by the Grace of God, Roman Empress, Queen of Germany, Hungary, Bohemia). The coin's edge has decorative raised denticles.
