Under the lines is the coin's year of minting '1892' and below it the mintmark 'S.P.B.'. - Obverse
The upper part of the obverse features the imperial crown with flowing ribbon ends below. The center is occupied by the monogram of Alexander III. Below the monogram is a crossing of a laurel branch (left side) and an oak branch (right side).
