    In the central part of the reverse is a relief depiction of representatives of the Supreme Command of the Allied forces: seated at a table at the moment of signing the Act of Unconditional Surrender of Fascist Germany. Above them are the national flags: on the left - France and the USSR, on the right - the USA and Great Britain. Below the flags is the date '8.05.1945'. Around the circumference, text: at the top - 'SIGNING OF THE ACT OF UNCONDITIONAL SURRENDER', at the bottom - 'OF FASCIST GERMANY'. On the edge of the coin are two incused inscriptions 'THREE RUBLES', separated by two asterisks.

    In the upper part along the rim arc is the denomination of the coin 'THREE RUBLES' and the year of minting '1995', below are the words 'BANK OF RUSSIA'. In the center, within a beaded circle, is an image of the Spasskaya Tower of the Moscow Kremlin and the dome of the Senate Palace partially overlapping it with a waving flag. On the inner side of the beaded circle, on the right, is the mint mark 'LMD' (Leningrad Mint).
