In the center, within a dotted circle, is an image of the Spasskaya Tower of the Moscow Kremlin and the dome of the Senate Palace partially overlapping it with a waving flag; on the inner side of the dotted circle on the right is the mint mark 'MMD' (Moscow Mint).
