In the center, within a dotted circle, an image of the Spasskaya Tower of the Moscow Kremlin and the dome of the Senate Palace partially overlapping it with a flying flag; on the inner side of the dotted circle on the right, the mint mark 'LMD' (Leningrad Mint).
