The left shield is the coat of arms of the Astrakhan Tsardom, the right one is the Kazan Tsardom. The top shield is crowned with an imperial crown, the other three shields are crowned with tsarist crowns. Between the circular coats of arms are four small roses, above them the digits of the year of issue: 1 '7', '6', 3. Along the edge of the coin's reverse is the inscription: ♚ IМПРСКАЯ ♛ РОССÏЙС ♛ МОН•ЦЕНА ♛ ДЕСЯТ•РꙊБ The crown in the upper part of the reverse is imperial, the other three crowns are tsarist.
