The Coat of Arms of the Republic of Armenia. At its center is Mount Ararat, the most recognizable symbol of Armenia. The heraldic shield features the symbols of four independent Armenian dynasties in Armenian history: Bagratuni, Arsacid, Artaxiad, and Rubenid. The lion and eagle symbolize wisdom and nobility.
