Centered is the right-facing profile of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain wearing a crown. In the portrait's truncation are the initials of the British sculptor Raphael David Maklouf - 'RDM'; below the truncation, the Latin letters 'PM' - the mintmark of the Pobjoy Mint, Surrey, UK. Around the circumference along the rim are English inscriptions: on the left, the monarch's name 'ELIZABETH II'; on the right, the name of the British Crown Dependency 'ISLE OF MAN' and the year of issue '1995'. Along the rim are decorative raised denticles.
