Reverse In the upper part of the reverse is a cross made of dots and lines. The central part features the denomination in two lines: KOPEIKA. Below, the year of mintage is indicated in Old Church Slavonic: 1706. The center is highlighted by a rim. Around the circumference near the edge runs the text: VSEIA RVSSI SAMODERZHETS (Autocrat of All Russia).
Obverse In the central part of the obverse is St. George the Victorious on horseback with a spear pointing to the lower right corner (no dragon). Below the rider are the mintmark letters 'BK' (Naberezhny Mint). The image is enclosed within a linear rim. Above the rider's head is a rosette of dots. Along the edge, from right to left, runs the text: TSAR I VELIKII KNIAZ PETR ALEKSIEVICH (Tsar and Grand Prince Peter Alexeevich).
