Reverse The center of the coin is occupied by the monogram of the All-Russian Autocrat Elizabeth I Petrovna. Above it is the crown of the Russian Empire. The year of the coin's minting is split into two parts. To the left of the monogram is the first part—'17', and to the right the second—'58'. Along the left edge of the coin is a laurel branch, and along the right edge a palm branch. At the base, the branches are tied with a ribbon forming a bow.
Obverse In the central part of the obverse—Saint George the Victorious on horseback, slaying a serpent with a long spear (the serpent's head is to the right). At the lower edge is a curved banner indicating the coin's denomination: ДЕНГА
