  • Obverse
The center of the obverse is occupied by a simplified version of the coat of arms of the Russian Empire—a traditional double-headed eagle, executed without complex details. Both eagle heads bear crowns, and a larger third crown is positioned above between the heads. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb.
