Reverse The central part features a cartouche decorated with vignettes, flanked by two laurel branches, with a floral rosette above. Below the cartouche are two crossed palm branches tied with a bow. Inside the cartouche is a three-line inscription indicating the denomination and year of minting: ДЕНГА1739. Two straight lines separate the denomination and the year.
Obverse The center of the obverse is occupied by a simplified version of the coat of arms of the Russian Empire—a traditional double-headed eagle, executed without complex details. Both eagle heads bear crowns, and a larger third crown is positioned above between the heads. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb.
