Around the shield is the chain of the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle the First-Called. In its right talon the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left – an orb. Under the right talon is the letter 'P', under the left – the letter 'S'. The initials of mintmaster Pavel Stupitsyn. Below the initials is the year of minting '1813.'. The rim is decorated with dots.
