    In the central part of the reverse is a relief exact copy of the photograph by Nikolay Pavlovich 'Monument to the Liberation of the Bulgarian Church'. Along the outer edge are the inscriptions '140 GODINI' (140 Years) and 'BULGARSKA EZARKHIYA' (Bulgarian Exarchate), separated by two small crosses.

    Depicts the logo of the BNB (Bulgarian National Bank) and the year '1879' written on a ribbon, below it is a floral motif. At the bottom is the face value '10'. Along the outer edge is the inscription 'BULGARSKA NARODNA BANKA' (Bulgarian National Bank), 'LEVA' (Leva) and the year '2010'.
