    The center is occupied by the coat of arms of the Russian Empire — a double-headed eagle with wings spread, both heads wearing crowns, with a larger third crown above and between the heads. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. Below the eagle is the year of minting in Cyrillic: «҂АѰА» (1701). To the right of the eagle is the text: ПОЛУПОЛЪ, and to the left: «ТИННИКЪ». The rim is decorated with dots.
