    In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of the architectural monuments of the Verkolsky Artemiev Monastery, above them is a plan of the monastery, at the top along the circumference is the text: VERKOLSKY ARTEMIEV MONASTERY, at the bottom – 'founded in the 17th century'.
