    In the central part of the disc, on a mirror field — a relief image of a single-domed church and a bell tower; below them — the horizontal text: ZVENIGOROD. Along the rim on a wide band formed by a narrow concentric ornament — an inscription in a semicircle: "CATHEDRAL OF THE ASSUMPTION OF THE HOLY MOTHER OF GOD".

    In the upper part along the rim arc is the coin's denomination "THREE RUBLES". Slightly below on the left is the metal's designation from Mendeleev's periodic table, Ag, and the fineness 925. Below, in the center, is the year of minting "2013". Below on the right is the weight of the precious metal in pure form 31.10 and the manufacturer's (mint) mark "MMD". In the central part of a characteristic dotted circle is a double-headed eagle, and below it is the inscription of the coin's issuer "BANK OF RUSSIA".
