    In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of a panorama of the monuments of the Holy Trinity Seraphim-Diveyevo Monastery. Above it on the left, within an oval, is a lifetime depiction of Saint Seraphim of Sarov. At the top along the circumference is the text: HOLY TRINITY SERAPHIM-DIVEYEVO MONASTERY. At the bottom are the dates '18th — 20th centuries'.

    In the upper part along the rim arc is the coin's denomination 'THREE RUBLES'. Slightly below on the left is the metal designation from Mendeleev's periodic table, Ag, and the fineness 900. Below in the center is the mintage year '2003'. Below on the right is the weight of the precious metal in pure content 31.10 and the producer's (mint) mark 'SPMD'. In the central part of a characteristic dotted circle is a double-headed eagle, and below it is stamped the name of the coin's issuer 'BANK OF RUSSIA'.
