    In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of a panorama of the monuments of the Holy Trinity Seraphim-Diveyevo Monastery. Above it on the left, within an oval, is a lifetime depiction of Saint Seraphim of Sarov. At the top along the circumference is the text: HOLY TRINITY SERAPHIM-DIVEYEVO MONASTERY. At the bottom are the dates '18th — 20th centuries'.
