    In the central part of the reverse is a relief image of the architectural ensemble of the Church of the Nativity of the Virgin; to the right, in two lines, is the text: FOUNDED 1390. Around the circumference are inscriptions: at the top – 'CHURCH OF THE NATIVITY OF THE VIRGIN IN GORODNYA', at the bottom – 'TVER REGION'.
