Reverse
The center features the coat of arms of the Russian Empire—a double-headed eagle with wings spread, both heads wearing crowns, with a larger third crown above and between them. In its right talon, the eagle holds a scepter, and in its left, an orb. Below the eagle is the mint year in Cyrillic: «҂АѰВ» (1702). To the right of the eagle is the text: ПОЛУПОЛЪ, and to the left: «ТИННИКЪ». The rim is decorated with dots.
Obverse
The center of the obverse features a right-facing portrait of Peter I, crowned with a laurel wreath. Around the portrait is the text: ЦРЬ ПЕТРЪ АЛЕѯIЕВИЧЪ ВСЕѦ РОСIИ ПОВЕЛIТЕЛЬ. The rim is decorated with dots.
